• Collaborating on the strategy, planning, and execution of blockchain innovation events (e.g., Real Estate Global Hackathon 2020, Global Legal Blockchain Consortium).• Advised and collaborated on blockchain services development for key partners (i.e., NASDAQ, HL, etc.).• Advised on the drafting and development of data privacy and integrity mechanisms implemented through Integra Ledger blockchain technology services. • Advising on the impact of blockchain technology on KYC applications, digital stock exchanges, and GDPR compliance.

• Capital Markets - Lending - Financial Regulatory Legal Matters.• Advised domestic and international entities, financial entities, multilateral organizations, and government agencies on domestic and cross-border’s single or syndicated loan transactions, revolving loan transactions, subordinated and mezzanine debt financing, corporate matters, and financial restructuring teaming with foreign counsel.• Drafted and negotiated Mexican security packages and personal guarantees for cross-border transactions.• Advised domestic and international entities, financial entities, investment funds, issuers, placement agents, Mexican pension funds, and private equity sponsors in the structuring and placement of debt bonds, trust certificates, and structured vehicle certificates (CKDs/CERPIs/FIBRAs or REITs) before the Mexican Stock Exchange and in international capital markets.• Advised domestic and international entities in regulatory matters regarding the financial technology industry, issuers in the update registration process before the supervisory authorities, day-to-day management and corporate matters, and regulatory compliance.

• Attended and follow up on civil and commercial court proceedings (including insolvency proceedings) before local and federal Mexican courts.• Assisted in advising and drafting civil and commercial lawsuits, pleadings, complaints, and ancillary documents, including Amparo (constitutional) lawsuits and appeals, and all non-litigation aspects of insolvency and financial restructuring proceedings (e.g., insolvency and restructuring applications.)
