Assignment to Microsoft MS Office Lab Support Team via Denali Advanced Integration: Create and manage MS Windows 2012 terminal service servers in a MS Hyper-V environment. Install and update MS Office builds on terminal servers for application testing. Troubleshoot issues test servers. Monitor Microsoft Service Manager and SCOM. Service trouble/service request tickets in TechEase and Service Manager. Install rack mount HP and Dell servers. Cable management. Configure multiple NICs - Virtual Switches, Management Port, and Like Migration. Configure v-host HDD's into virtual HDD's for VM's. Currently I am supporting the test machine environment, a blend of workstations and Dell servers, for Office product testing.

Four years on assignment at Microsoft Office Engineering, Redmond East Campus, Building 36. Supported Hyper-V VM remote login servers, Server 2003 through Server 2012R2, used for general testing of Microsoft Office builds. Provided lab monitoring services via SCOM alerts and Service Manager tickets. Provided break/fix repairs of lab servers. Moved on to the Office Automation (automated testing) team where I maintained physical HP and Dell workstations and servers. Also manually recovered workstations and servers that could not be recovered by the automated recovery process. Prior to the site services technician role at Microsoft I provided desktop support and special projects support to various medical institutions around the greater Seattle area - Providence, Swedish, Harborview, and Overlake.

Responsible for converting printers,AD printer queues, and Digital Sending Services to Providence Medical IP addresses.-Past assignment via Denali Advance Integration to Swedish Medical in Edmonds, WA (July 2012-September 2012):• Swedish Hospital, Edmonds, WA - Planning and Deployment Analyst - Responsible for imaging workstations for deployment that are part of the conversion from Stevens Hospital to Swedish Medical. Stevens Hospital in Edmonds, WA was acquired by Swedish Medical in 2010 and was fully converted to Swedish Epic EMR this year, 2012.

Past assignment to Providence Medical in Everett, WA (Dec 2010-June 2012):• Providence Cymbaluk Tower IS equipment deployment project technician.• Prior to Cymbaluk Tower Project - Provided backup level II desktop support for end users at Providence Hospital on Pacific Ave, Providence Hospital on Colby Ave, and the business office on Broadway. Currently part of a team to assist with the deployment of 1200 workstations to the new Providence hospital building.- Assignment to the City of Bellevue (Oct-Nov) • Deployed over 200 replacement Windows 7 workstations. Involved imaging HP workstations via script; installing specialised applications on workstations; delivering the workstations to the end users; providing post deployment support.

Contract position to provide tier I technical support for their IPTV home entertainment product.

Loss Prevention Technician for Starbucks Partner & Asset (Security) Department:• Started as a short term contract position that became long term and then after 6 months was hired as an FTE.• Technical support for vendor technicians installing networked GE CCTV digital video recorder (DVR) systems and cameras in Starbucks retail locations around the US & Canada. Directed technicians during installations and remotely configured the recorders.• Approved CCTV camera views. Improved camera views that greatly assisted law enforcement agencies with apprehending criminals.• Dispatched vendor technicians for camera or DVR repair.• Initiated trouble tickets in Remedy to dispatch network technicians to replace failing network switches in the Starbucks retail locations.• Performed remote CCTV video retrieval and forensics.• Provided desktop support to the Partner & Asset protection team.
