Operations Director
CurrentThe position is the most senior operations position in Country Office and responsible to develop strategy, system, people and proces in Operations. It also responsible to develop five year strategic plan for Country Office and translate it into yearly plan and budget. The position requires close coordination and collaboration with counterparts in HQ, Norway Embassy and other donors, and Government of Indonesia. Internal control, risk management and building blocks were introduced and implemented. Progress reviews semesterly. During period of 2016-2019, The office grew from 24 staff to almost 140 staff in just 3 years and the annual budget was increased quadruple within 3 years. Sub offices were established in 3 cities outside Jakarta. Operations services was streamlined and technology was used to upgrade operations manual system. The office received 3rd largest project in World Resources Institute history.
