• Experience in understanding the logs of various network security devices (Routers, IDS/IPS, Firewall), operating system (Windows).• Investigating and creating case for the security threats and forwarding it to Onsite SOC team for further investigation and action.• Phish Triage, Basic Malware Analysis, Incidents Handling and Response, Process Improvement, Metrics Documentation• Experience on Investigating routine security related breeches and incidents.• Analyze security breaches to determine their root cause.• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report as per client requirement.• Performing Log analysis &analyzing the crucial alerts at immediate basis.• Preparing reports as per client request, Preparing Knowledge base.• Recognizing attacks based on their signatures.
