About Kranthi Kumar

Ever since I was a kid, I've been passionate about math and logic, a love that has guided my academic and professional journey. At Moodys RMS, my work revolves around, developing models to score the importance of data accuracy and completeness, creating computer vision models to extract building attributes from aerial imagery, engineering a new methodology to update the property valuation, and designing interactive dashboards for data analysis and visualization. Going back a bit, as a researcher at IIT-Madras, I developed optimal reservoir release policies using meta-heuristic algorithms and evaluating their performance under streamflow and demand uncertainty through Monte-Carlo Simulations.Besides doing math, I really enjoy hitting the road for long bike rides. These activities underscore a realization for me: while the destination holds beauty, the journey is even more captivating.
