• Involved in hiring of new recruiters.• Recruit IT professionals in various technologies.• Conduct Internet search using Sourcing Tools like: Hunting, References, Job Portals like (Monster, Dice, Tech fetch……)• Speak to the consultants to get all the required information• Bill Rate Negotiation• Conduct preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks.• Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients• Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client.• Send draft mail to candidate and make sure the time of interview and venue and contact person• Leading and mentoring junior recruiters, allocating work, guiding and motivating them.• Building up Database• Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings.• Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position. General administrative responsibilities as needed.• Initial screening of resumes of experience and fresher’s for the purpose of Recruitment for International and domestic requirement for the clients.• Understanding the clients requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.• Enhancing company’s database to be used by all recruiters for sourcing purposes.• Monitoring and follow-up till final selection.• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.
