My Job Responsibilities Includes :Receiving the Customers’s Calls.Know the Customer's requirements and understand the queries.Diagnose the problem and provide the perfect solution.Guide the customers how to do the troubleshooting process.Saving all the call logs using database application called ORACLE.Sometimes escalating the cases to the top levels like n/w engineers.Also involves field visits ( Checking the located D-slams ).Queries Related To : Internet TCP/IP N/W connections, SMTP , DNS servers, Proxy Servers, Microsoft Office, Internet Browsers, Third e-mail clients like (Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook), Routers, Filters, Operating Systems(Win98,2000,XP), Antivirus Softwares and Firewalls.
