Current• Perform Environmental Baseline Studies (EBS) with a focus on terrestrial biodiversity surveys for birds, reptiles and amphibians, mammals (including bats), butterflies, odonates and freshwater organisms (crustaceans and fish).• Conduct comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) to evaluate the potential effects of development projects on the surrounding environment. Prepare detailed reports that outline findings, assess environmental risks and sensitive receptors, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations. Engage with stakeholders (i.e., Nature Groups), present findings, and address feedback as part of the reporting process.• Develop Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans (EMMPs) to minimise environmental impacts throughout the project lifecycle (Construction and Operational Phase). Ongoing stakeholder management and liaison with clients, contractors and Singaporean government agencies (URA, NParks, PUB, NEA) to ensure regulatory compliance, secure necessary approvals, and integrate agency feedback into project plans.• Promote integration of Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) that enhance climate resilience and ecosystem health; involving feasibility studies and multidisciplinary collaborations for habitat restoration and carbon sequestration. • Project management including budgeting, proposal writing, resource allocation, logistic planning, scope and deliverables review, and schedule
