• Technical lead for developing mechanical and software implementations in Maritime Port Authority(MPA) of Singapore's Electronic Bunker Delivery Note (e-BDN) project. MPA will launch the digital bunkering initiative in NOV 2023, becoming the first port in the world to implement e-BDN (Mr Chee Hong Tat, Minister for Transport and Second Minister for Finance).• Responsible for producing several patents (Technical Disclosures) pertaining to mechanical design and analysis of data stream, to quantify data loss and analysis of data integrity of communication buses. Data Logger IPM2-05-1 (Mechanical Design and Wireless Streaming), Listener IPM2-05-1 (Ethernet Streaming), Data Verification IPM2-05-1 (Pertains to overall design of the Bunker Testing Methodology). • Responsible for creating mechanical implementation through CAD, FEA and Coriolis Mass Flow Metering traceability study. • Created digital framework and encryption to perform low latency and high throughput data stream from bunkering nodes to bunkering services. Creating the instances and services.• Presented the e-BDN project to Mr Gan Kim Yong, Minister for Trade and Industry on OCT 2023.• Presented the e-BDN project to Prof Chorh Chuan, A*STAR Chairman on MAR 2024.• Presented the e-BDN project to Dr Imran Ibrahim, NTU Programme Director on MAR 2024.• Collaboration with Industry: Emerson, Endress+Hauser, Vector Infotech, SGLabs and Ascenz Marorka.• Coordinated efforts with Industry to perform manufacturing coordination and testing to allow e-BDN to be produced at MPA’s scale and discretion.

• The proponent and spearhead of the software/hardware solution: Flow ASsiTing (FAST) Device. A product meant for addressing Line Balancing/continuous flow issues in the Q-POC™ SARS-CoV-2 Assay Covid-19 Test Kits manufacturing process. • Machine Learning: Developed an ensemble voting Machine Learning model solution that combines Long-Short Term Memory and Weighted Mean Linear Regression Model to perform predictions of assembly line determinants for automated and semi-automated assembly stations. . • Embedded Systems/Digital-Twinning: Developed a bespoke PLC-PC embedded systems communication solution using Hostlink protocol and open-source service Apache Kafka to obtain real-time information from assembly lines.• Data Analytics: Developed a Classification Machine Learning model solution to understand patterns and trends within the assembly process.

• Lead, designed, re-designed,, remedied and improved manufacturing and assembly processes of vital pharmaceutical products during the Covid-19 period.• Addressed and liaised with client concerns involving Johnson & Johnson (on their OPO73/OPO71 Tubing, phacoemulsification pack), Pharmajet's Needleless Injectors and Q-POC™ SARS-CoV-2 Assay Covid-19 Test Kits. • Pharmajet's Needleless Injectors: Implemented acceptance sampling AQL/LTPD to 4 polymer components. Resolved several quality issues pertaining to polymer product. Performed multiple auxiliary tasks from DOE to Attribute GR&R testing. • Q-POC™ SARS-CoV-2 Assay Covid-19 Test Kits: Contributed several standardisation processes (using Draftsight to plot floorplans, and creating work instructions). Contributed several documentations pertaining to visualisations of processes (Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing, etc.). Performed digital-twinning for SCARA and lead-through robot arms within the assembly line.• Aided the Production Supervisor in Lean and 6 Sigma matters relating to Q-POC™ SARS-CoV-2 Assay Covid-19 Test Kits manufacturing process. • Supervised QMS policies, and training for up to 25 staff for Cleanroom (ISO 7 & 8) competencies.
