As the Program Manager, Kevin manages overall IT projects using Microsoft Project. He works in lock step with the Release Manager and the Chief Architect of Technology as well as management teams on the business side. Kevin is also responsible for implementing processes. Kevin works directly with the IT team leads and business process owners and management to insure all deliverables are entered into Team Foundation Server (TFS) for tracking and scheduling of resources.

Acted as a communications link between the line of business and the project team to ensure business goals were understood and a tailored technical solution was deployed.- Supported the migration of Policies and Procedures application from a virtual server to a dedicated server by coordinating with diverse lines of businesses, which was critical to maintaining the timeline of the project.- Performed all load testing and functionality testing, enhancing production quality functionality to the line of business. - Created and documented an Internal Fraud Request for Proposal (RFP) project, enabling the team to deliver an accurate presentation to senior management. - Delivered assignments that enabled senior management to make a highly informed decision based on accurate documentation. - Drove teleconference and face to face discussions between vendors and internal clients on the OFAC PEP (Office of Foreign Assets and Controls / Politically Exposed Persons) project which enabled client management to make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the project.

Provided Information Technology management functions to diverse lines of business. - Partnered with another Project Manager to manage the design and implementation of the Enterprise Simplified Sign-On project which drastically reduced the number of passwords associated with over 800 applications. - Managed the Internal Network re-Architecture project with a budget of over $3,000,000 in capital and labor that resulted in 100% of the non production and 100% of the pre production servers being re-addressed. - Coordinated with the project team and diverse lines of businesses to implement a new WebMail version of corporate email system which resulted in a more secure email system for internal resources and those traveling abroad. - Coordinated with National Field Support to remove customer information media from all branches and non branches, involving over 50 internal resources, 2 vendors and visiting 1131 sites, resulting in the disposal of 100% of old customer information, according to federal regulations.

- Managed the migration of 464 McDonald domain user accounts and machines to the corporate domain which resulted in a cost savings of over $100,000 in support costs. - Coordinated training sessions on the use of new Xerox printing devices in support of the Printer Refresh Project, enabling end users to be more paper efficient and providing a cost benefit to their organization.
