Management of large to medium-scale e-discovery projects, while communicating pro-actively with clients to manage their data throughout the complete EDRM. Working as the liaison between our collections, processing, hosting and QC teams, within various platforms, to ensure all projects were completed on or before deadlines, accurately to client specifications and thoroughly quality checked prior to delivery. Generation of project documentation, scope of work and internal project work orders, while also tracking and maintaining budgets and timelines over the life-cycle of each matter. Consulting closely with clients on best practices internally and the throughout the industry, while also offering additional support of new or under-utilized products and workflows to best fit the client needs. • Hired as an entry-level support technician and quickly became knowledgeable of the industry, rapidly growing into a project management role. Eventually being given the title of Team Lead over the Project Management group and process, reporting directly to the Executive Team.• Substantial experience managing projects from Preservation & Collection through Production, covering the complete EDRM• Performed in-depth, external reviewer trainings on Relativity, Clearwell and IPRO Enterprise products (remotely and in-person), as well as, internal trainings and demos.
