With accomplished experience working at management level positions in the library and education sector, and proven leadership, team-building and staff development skills, I've held several leadership positions over my career and strive to cultivate team member skills to create environments that grow ideas and allow forward progression.After working at management level positions with several organizations, my current role leads the team growing the National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS), a national digital library that works with public libraries and serves Canadians with print disabilities.
