CurrentOver see Food Service Operations of 327 K-12 schools. This includes the following programs. breakfast and lunch service to all 327 sites daily, year round schools, Extended School Year, Summer Feeding Programs, After School Snack Programs, Provision II and CEP, Universal Breakfast. I am currently responsible for 180,000 lunches and 75,000 breakfast per day. Work performance evaluations for approximately 1500 employees. Develop strategies to maintain and exceed financial and participation goals. Create corrective action plans for schools that aren't meeting requirements.
