Performs review of payroll for approximately 450 employees. Review and process prior to payroll lock period. Prepare and finalize review of invoices, accounts payable and receivables. Project remaining funds for budget purposes and provide monthly and year end projections. Prepare invoices for payment and track expenses. Identify customer requirements for development of new software to track and record monthly payroll. Work with onsite consultant to develop processes to account for accurate recording of time, leave, etc., to align with WCPSS policy.
