• Part of the on-site marketing team for WestQuay, a 100-store regional shopping centre, part of a portfolio of centres owned by FTSE 100 company Hammerson. Marketing budget in excess of £1 million; attracting 14 million.
• Developed digital marketing strategy delivering database registrations of +30% and web traffic of +150%.
• Worked on the development of a new through-the-line campaign in 2005, that included television, radio, DM, outdoor, digital and print work.
• Media included 3-4 DM pieces plus 2 bursts of TV & Radio per year, monthly e-mail marketing, and PR communications.
• Management of in-centre promotions including “Fashion 05” event in September 2005, including the concept, promotion and marketing that delivered a footfall increase of 17% and key retailer trading up 28%; and Christmas.
