The purposes for which this Corporation is formed are:To organize an association of Insurance Agents and/or Brokers whose business is primarily related to marketing various insurance products and services to financial institutions and their customers. The success of the organization will be derived by a willingness to share information with all other members of the group and to relate problems that may adversely affect all of us.The realization that there is strength in numbers is paramount to negotiations with individual carriers and legislative bodies.Recognizing that competition for accounts may develop; we must act in an honorable manner with respect to our fellow members.Our goal is to promote the mutual welfare of the organization and each member and to maintain an open line of communication.
