- Recover countless hours of video evidence from both residences and businesses- Completed many requests concerning: single and multi-source timelines, comparative analysis, exemplar reenactments, height analysis, video analysis, frame rate analysis, still image clarification, audio clarification and video/audio format transcoding (conversions)- Continue to innovate and expand the demonstrative services offered by the unit to include cellphone ping animations, SMS text animations, and vehicle GPS tracking animations for integration into multi-source timelines, allowing for comprehensive tracking of suspects and/or victims before, during, and after an incident.- Lead on many homicide cases for the unit, coordinating all video recovery, performing still image clarifications, comparative analysis and creating multi-source timelines- Earned commendations for multi-source timeline work and court performance on two major cases - Testified in multiple preliminary hearings and trials- Collaborated with investigators and Crown Attorneys through the investigative and judicial process - Collaborated on a video evidence recovery workshop curriculum for York Regional Police Forensic Assistants

- Cleared the one hundred and fifty case backlog to bring the units turnaround time from six months plus to less than thirty days - Wrote the technical sections of a sixty-page SOP document in preparation for the labs successful ANAB/ASCLAD accreditation - Wrote the technical sections of a new training manual along with the competency test that new hires must pass before beginning casework- Created new submission forms and reporting documentation, ensuring a more comprehensive, streamlined and efficient administrative process- Wrote and presented a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis of Amped FIVE resulting in the outfitting of the unit with the software- Introduced single and multi-source timelines to the investigative and litigation process with great success- Trained and mentored three new hires in all aspects of forensic video and the unit’s policies and procedures

- Ensure proper chain of custody procedures are adhered to at all times- Completed 900+ requests for audio/video services, including but not limited to; DME recovery, comparative analysis, multi-DVR timelines, exemplar reenactments, reverse projections, still image clarification, audio clarification, media releases, disclosure packages, converting all formats of audio/video and authentications. - Implemented new best practices in accordance with the SWGIT best practices for forensic video and imaging analysis, ensuring a nondestructive workflow and comprehensive documentation - Implemented new processes for creating media releases and their distribution to the media- Created an SOP document and the units policies and procedures therein - Taken the lead on major files for the Video Services Unit, handling all DME recovery (600+ hours of CCTV), still image clarification, comparative analysis, multi DVR timelines and attending daily case meetings to provide progress reports - Training the new addition to the Video Services Unit in all; hardware, software, administration, best practices, policies and procedures- Consulted on storage conservation for all downtown live monitoring CCTV, saving over 6TB of storage a month without affecting image quality- Assisted Crown attorneys in the presentation of multimedia evidence for preliminary hearings and trials- Testified in both Provincial and Supreme Court for preliminary hearings and trials- Presented to both the R.N.C. executives and Crown Attorneys on the capabilities of Forensic Video, focusing specifically on comparative analysis and multi-DVR timelines.

- Assisted users with technical issues on the site- Tracked scammers by their machine ID's and IP's to remove and block them from the site- Worked with the ASPCA to locate the unethical animal breeders on the site and have them removed and blocked

- One in a team of two running a 26 channel closed circuit TV station- Shooting, editing and broadcasting interviews, production shows and promos live to air and to tape- Digitizing movies and formatting schedules of weekly movie channels - Tuning satellite dishes to bring down channels such as CNN, TNT, ESPN for broadcast- Conceptualizing, shooting, editing and authoring demo reels for stage performers.- Maintaining broadcast equipment; decks, switchers, cameras, and satellite dishes- Gutted and reengineered the broadcast room from scratch
