- Ensure proper chain of custody procedures are adhered to at all times- Completed 900+ requests for audio/video services, including but not limited to; DME recovery, comparative analysis, multi-DVR timelines, exemplar reenactments, reverse projections, still image clarification, audio clarification, media releases, disclosure packages, converting all formats of audio/video and authentications. - Implemented new best practices in accordance with the SWGIT best practices for forensic video and imaging analysis, ensuring a nondestructive workflow and comprehensive documentation - Implemented new processes for creating media releases and their distribution to the media- Created an SOP document and the units policies and procedures therein - Taken the lead on major files for the Video Services Unit, handling all DME recovery (600+ hours of CCTV), still image clarification, comparative analysis, multi DVR timelines and attending daily case meetings to provide progress reports - Training the new addition to the Video Services Unit in all; hardware, software, administration, best practices, policies and procedures- Consulted on storage conservation for all downtown live monitoring CCTV, saving over 6TB of storage a month without affecting image quality- Assisted Crown attorneys in the presentation of multimedia evidence for preliminary hearings and trials- Testified in both Provincial and Supreme Court for preliminary hearings and trials- Presented to both the R.N.C. executives and Crown Attorneys on the capabilities of Forensic Video, focusing specifically on comparative analysis and multi-DVR timelines.
