Dubbed as the "Festival of the Future", visitors immersed themselves in guest-curated pavillions by contemporary leaders with exhibitions that demonstrated the most inspiring design, innovation and technology solutions to real-world problems.As Operations Strategist, managed the successful operations and execution of this inaugural ten-day expo produced in an abandoned factory. Led a core team of 15 staff and further contract staff, which included training, strategizing the best operational procedures with use of project management skills and working with internal and external stakeholders. This included but not limited to the City of Toronto, Toronto Fire Department, AGCO, and various marketing/PR agencies, media outlets, etc. Additional duties included managing sponsor relations for major partner exhibitions and media lounge, organizing third-party and media events, opening donor dinner and party, and leveraged existing relationships to curate the food and beverage offerings including a café and outdoor beer garden. -

Operations ManagerBensimon Byrne Feb 2014 - Aug 2017Toronto, Canada AreaFounded in 1993, Bensimon Byrne is one of Canada’s largest independently owned, full-service agencies and is comprised of the main advertising agency, OneMethod advanced digital media lab, Narrative PR and The Button Factory video production unit. The agency employs 200 people and has worked with a host of blue-chip companies and brands, producing some of Canada’s most effective and memorable brand positioning and advertising.
