And IT support working experience in both Microsoft and Accenture with responsibilities as Product development and service, focusing on Microsoft and IBM platform.Holding ITIL v3 Foundation Certificated (2013) & MCDBA certificated (2010) and obtaining a BA degree from Shanghai Maritime University. Also holds a licensed insurance broker in China.
