My legal practice focuses on corporate and technology law, providing contract and commercial advice to a range of commercial businesses. I also have a significant focus on charities and schools, for whom I assist with a range of issues including contractual matters, property matters, compliance with trust and charity law, drafting of constitutions, trust deeds and operational rules, incorporation, charitable registration and schedule 32 applications for humanitarian charities. In the school context, I have particular expertise in the framework that governs State integrated schools in New Zealand, and in the application of human rights law to State integrated schools and private schools.
