Responsibilities include:-Finance & Accounts:-1. Handle all functions of accounts receivables & payables includes debtors & creditors reconciliation. 2. Pass all purchase, service & expenses bills in SAP.3. Reconciliation with inter unit.4. pass journal entries, ledger entries related to monthly & annual closing.5. Handling supplementaries In case of prices increase/decrease of vendor/customer.6. Handling cash and voucher booking in SAP.7. Handling sales reconciliation.8. Handling bank reconciliation and posting the entries in SAP on daily basis.Audit:-1. Prepare various schedule of expenses in auditors format.2. Random samples of sales/purchase/expenses provide to auditors.3. Keeping good tracking on auditors' queries and provides further data to close.GST,TDS/TCS:-1. Knowledge of TDS deduction/deposit and return filing.2. Good knowledge about GST reconciliation.Customer portal:-1. Good knowledge of MSIL,HMCL,HCIL,IYM portals.2. Downloading PO/SRV/Payment advice.
