hello everyone,I worked with Genpact as a customer service representative where my job responsibilities is to solve the problem of customer over the call about there Insurance policies and Also introduce customer about our new plans of Insurance.Second I worked with Policy bazzar as a sales representative where my job responsibilites is to sale out the Insurance to the customer according to their profile over the call.
