McCormick Concepts main clientele base was focused on home builders in the residential market, key clients included Claridon Homes and Fowler Homes. My focus was on delivering turnkey solutions good, better and best home theatre systems through a base display that end customers could experience first-hand. The role was also focused on building knowledge through developing a training methodology to develop staff and implement processes for improving efficiency.

Key focus of the organisation was to expand the cliental base. As a new company in the industry the core focus of the role was to build a solid foundation of clients and to build sustainable long term relationships.
