I started my career as a structural engineer with a reputed engineering firm during the course of which I was involved in the end to end design of India's highest piered railway bridge. With an interest in understanding business mechanisms, I did by MBA from a premier institution before joining a Big 4 firm where I worked as a Consultant in the field of infrastructure. The year long stint helped me understand the real world business problems that large infrastructure companies and their projects face on a day to day to basis. Based on which we as a team tried to design simple solutions to those problems.Currently I am employed with another Big 4 firm as a Senior Consultant and have shifted my line of work towards more integral processes of a business. I am a part of the management consulting team which primarily work in the field industrial infrastructure planning, logistics infrastructure assessment, modes of transportation analysis, market entry strategy for private players and project financing strategies for both government and private players. In my current spell, I have worked across multiple geographies such as Bangladesh, Madagascar, and Mauritius other than India.
