I am the acting manager of service ownership and business analysis for the Information Services department of the Metropolitan Council. In this role, I manage 6 fulltime service owners who support cross-divisional technology services, as well as 3 business analysts who complete analysis engagements to support our business and project teams.

In this role, I: -Coordinate and provide leadership to the Service Portfolio Management (SPM) program, to ensure IS Department employees and customers understand and successfully grow and maintain the service model-Communicate with sponsors, participants and stakeholders in all stages of the program through regular written and verbal communications to keep them updated on the status of the program.-Provide leadership and coordination to ensure the service model is effectively integrated with the governance model, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, understand the process, and successfully participate in the process.-Work with a variety of stakeholders to develop written communications and training on a variety of technology topics to audiences that may include any and all Met Council employees.
