CPP certification is preferred or equivalent work experience in billing, collections, payroll, payroll tax, enrollment/on-boarding and/or customer service/call center operations. 3-5 years of previous management experience is preferred or well documented referrals describing leadership characteristics. Engineering Manager-Salt Lake City, UT. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environment Engineering. Master's preferred and PE (Professional Engineering) certification preferred. Management experience required and 5-10 years experience in the Energy sector preferred. Specialties: Recruitment, Staffing, Consulting to top Executives on strategic human capital and hiring decisions. Bringing key talent to contribute to both the top and bottom line of emerging, rapid growth and established companies.
