Direct and develop all activities, policies and procedures related to the design, analysis, testing, coding, and implementation of applications? Establishing metrics, analysing processes, and implementing standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.? Review of development proposals, projects, timelines, resources, costs of enterprise applications and ensuring that are on track and are not delayed by technical issues?
