My mission is to help individuals and organisations realise their aspirations by unlocking their potential. In doing so, I like to challenge and stretch myself.There are four main segments in which I am currently engaged in.I am a certified, accredited Leadership Coach, helping and supporting a cross section of business leaders (CEOs/ CXOs) and Managers realise their aspirations. I have completed the Post Graduate Programme in Executive Coaching conducted by Coaching Foundation India. In addition I am certified in Appreciative Discovery Dialogue (A Coach-Coachee Discovery Process).I am the Chief Mentor for ProminentMind, a boutique consulting firm that seeks to enhance the performance effectiveness of young as well as established mid-size organisations.Being deeply committed to give back to society in my own little way, I am actively engaged in the Social Sector, in diverse ways. My work with Anahata UNITED EFFORTS Foundation connects me to the cause of education and career guidance of underprivileged children. I am assisting 'Friends of Nimhans' in their endeavour to run 'Chaitanya' a day-care centre for mentally challenged adults, in Bangalore. I am associated with 'Whiteboard' Bangalore, providing NGOs with strategic advisory support.I believe that the vibrant start-up ecosystem in India holds great potential to transform our country in the next ten / fifteen years. I am a Mentor in NSRCEL of IIM-Bangalore for the newly launched incubation programme for Mobility sector. In parallel, I am involved in a strategic advisory and sounding board capacity to some start-up initiatives. I come with a rich and eclectic background, straddling multiple disciplines as well as both manufacturing and IT-Engineering sectors. Am, at the core, a finance and accounts professional. Enriched my repertoire by heading two manufacturing plants in the Automotive systems / components sector, for over seven years. Thereafter, was responsible for the HR & IR functions of Bosch Group in India, spearheading transformation initiatives that led to awards from NIPM and CII . My career with Bosch culminated as Executive Director (Finance and Commercial), with multi-locational, cross-border responsibility for the entire commercial function.A couple of other details:- I was the Chairperson ‘Indo-German HR Forum’ 2011-2014 – under the ‘Indo-German Chamber’ comprising HR heads of leading Indo-German companies, to deploy best practices in HR - I have been a Speaker / panellist in several events organised by CII, AIMA, NHRDN, CXO forums and the like
