SAP MM Coordinator❑ Purchase Requisition generation (ME51N) as per requirement using SAP❑ Creation of reservations (MB21, MBVR, MB25)❑ PO Monitoring – Checking status of Incoming materials from vendors (ME2L, ME2N, ME2M)❑ Goods Issue to cost center (MvT : 201), Stock overview of the materials required (MMBE)❑ Creating reports of the materials received using SAP (MB51, MB52)❑ Scrapping of material in SAP (555)❑ Co-ordination with vendor/ store team for timely delivery of materials & execution of services to avoid generation loss❑ Creation of SAP BM & PM notification as well as service order for various maintenance activity, Reservation & consumption of material to different BM & PM service orders

(i) Shift HOTO• Ensure the Work Permit.• Review of Previous Shift and Action Plan for Pending Work.• Shift Analysis (ii) Trouble Shooting of WTG's • Ensure WTG Healthiness • Error Analysis Major/Minor occurred in turbines during monitoring.• Attend Breakdowns in Wind Turbines.• WTG Monitoring and Performance Data Analysis(iii) Preventive Maintenance• Lubrication, Housekeeping, Component Healthiness checking.• Ensure turbine should free from Errors. (iv) Documentation• Shift Report Preparation and performance report.• Material Consumption through SAP. Preparing PR for material & service procurement Creation of SAP BM order for various maintenance activity.• DHSE report• CFR Report• NCR Report• Daily Generation Reports(v) Safety• PPE’s Inspection.• Identifying of leading parameters and Reporting (Near miss, unsafe condition/Act).(vi) Other• Involvement in 5S, • KAIZEN, CSR
