Establish the Incoming Material Inspection Program based on the agreed Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) for each Raw/Packaging Material (RM/PM). Prepare the schedule and work instructions for sample taking, etc. Maintain and further improve the Program in cooperation with the Research and Development Department and Logistics Department.Control the quality of RM/PM and follow the Hold and Release Program. Perform the chemical and physical tests as per the RM/PM specifications. Evaluate the quality of RM/PM. Release/hold RM/PM and communicate to all concerned parties. Keep records of the performed actions. Take sample of the RM/PM as per the work instructions.Establish the methods for RM/PM testing in consultation with the Laboratory Leader and Corporate Chemistry.

Responsible in chemical analysis of processed cheese and powdered soft drinks, responsible in verification of incoming Packaging Materials COA, and maintains quality documents in the Laboratory. Leads and supervises plant safety and post as sensory panelist performing organoleptic evaluation. Record Creation online and internal trainings, budgeting chemical supplies to Q.A Laboratory as well ETP laboratory.COA management, Preparing Control samples, Retention samples tracking system, provides support to R&D by performing test request analysis. Performs safety scans in the plant, plus to provide support to ETP-water treatment plant and participate in Hold and Release program.

Worked as ETP in charge and handled effluent treatment plant with cap: 1000 cum/day .To effectively proposes and implements Cleaner Technology (Recycle and Reuse of Waste Water). Project with a cap: 300cum/day. Utilization of water for Greenbelt development, cooling tower, make-up water etc. Performs monthly reviews of ETP with pollution control boards, maintains ETP and Air pollution control in accordance to government standards. Monitors water quality from time to time.

Responsible in quality inspection of shrimp and fish. Develop and implement quality assurance program across the department such as GMP, HACCP and Safety. Individual Quick frozen (I.Q.F) online inspection, maintain documentation system. Performs monthly reviews of quality issues and production environment with E.I.A (Export Inspection Authority), APPCB (Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Boards. Responsible in monitoring ETP.

Performs quality checking of Surimi (Fresh Frozen Fish paste)and shrimps. Inspection of finished goods and packaging materials, maintains documents in the plant and managing ETP.
