Managed the technology strategy, engineering, and national rollout of Airtel Money, a Payments and Mobile Commerce Platform within Bharti Airtel, one of the largest Telcos in the world. Worked closely with the Business, Product, and Operations teams as well as numerous external partners including merchants, banks, airtel retailers, and multiple regulators to roll out this payments platform which supported issuing, acquiring, and network flows. Highlights include: Multiple payment instruments including telco-led wallets, bank-led wallets (in partnership with a private Consumer Bank), credit / debit card linked accounts, and business wallets  Deposits (cash-ins), withdrawals (cash-outs), Person to Person (P2P) payments, integrations to various banking products including savings and recurring deposit accounts, loans, cards, etc. A 5-year technology roadmap including NFC, alliances with device manufacturers, promotions, and campaigns.

Set up Bank of America’s Global In-house Center (GIC a.k.a. captive) across multiple locations and led its Global Banking Technology group Set up and grew one of the fastest growing GICs at that time  Created and executed a technology strategy consisting of 1 to 3–year roadmaps for multiple line-of-business segments Pioneered the Technology with Operations (TwO) program within the Bank to drive synergy and savings across Technology and Business Operations globally
