Inspection of PEB (Pre-engineered Building) for factory or ware houses. Inspection of Built up & cold form main frame structure and secondary jobs like C & Z purlin, angle bracing, stp etc.To prepare the report and documents for the clients.To handle the clients and satisfy their requirements.To review all the drawings before releasing them on shop floor.To clear the daily production report in SAP for dispatch.To fill daily final inspection reports and daily defects analysis reports.To inspect all the miscellaneous items like ladders, stringers, clips, templates etc.Inspection of the PEB jobs at built up station and finishing station.To ensure optimum utilization of available resources.Rectification of the work pieces whenever necessary.Operation of different types of welding techniques (SMAW,MIG,FCAW,SAW)Analyses the monthly production rate.Visual inspection of finished welds for complications, defects deformity, etcstudying the drawings for inspection and testing in accordance with the code , standards and specifications.To receive the raw materials like HR plates, Coils and arrange their sample testing with in plant or third party.
