• Handling Credit Risk Management Team to deliver MSME and Non MSME credit portfolio of the bank. • Business Development to achieve MSME credit budget assigned to Zone.• Resolution of Stressed Corporate Assets of the bank under RBI guidelines i.e. Prudential framework of Resolution of Stressed Asset and other relevant guidelines along with provision of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC’2016).• Project management and delivery of the transaction from origination to completion of debt resolution process comprising debt restructuring under various regulatory schemes including corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) under IBC’2016. The assignment comprises Analysis of resolution plans under debt restructuring as per regulatory and bank’s guidelines from origination to completion of debt restructuring and companies under restructuring and insolvency resolution process.• Conducting financial due diligence, examining valuation of Corporate Assets.• Analyzing the financial, operational positioning of corporate accounts to proactively suggest debt restructuring/resolution structuring options in line with regulatory Guidelines. • Perform the role of a people manager by setting performance goals of subordinates, recruitment of credit officers and monitoring their performance.

1. To perform Credit Analysis (Worthiness) and Responsible for the completion of Commercial credit solution activities in the assigned territory/Geographical Region by:• To process Loan proposals covering detailed analysis of financials, business, industry, management for various kind of credit exposure. Assessments of credit limit and examine viability of resolution packages in timely manner and put forth comments/recommendations to appropriate authority as per Banks loan policy guidelines.• Performing proper due diligence in evaluating information to ensure the critical, personal/business elements, fundamental risks identification and verification of material facts. • Evaluating and Recommending loan pricing and credit-related fees which yield a return commensurate with risk and due regard to profit, administration and competitive considerations.• Recommending terms, conditions and covenants to provide a viable banking proposal to the client within sound credit lending practices.• Restructuring of bankable stressed corporate debt accounts as per regulatory and bank’s guidelines. • Participating in calls and/or meetings with customers, proactively identifying credit and obtain relevant information to build an understanding of client's credit needs.• Proactively identifying lending and cross-sell opportunities in the existing portfolio during the credit application or annual review processes and referring them to the appropriate banking authorities.2. Supervising and monitoring ongoing Customer Portfolio:• Working on any credit weaknesses developing within individual accounts, by ongoing awareness and analysis of relevant financial, legal, political, technological, and industry information;• Conducting annual reviews of corporate loans and services in an accurate and timely manner;• Proactively recognizing problem accounts at an early stage and taking appropriate action to protect the Bank's interests including identifying negative trends
