Product manager (May 2012 to Nov 2023 ). Responsible for promoting Ohmite & Arcol Resistors, Hi G Relay, AR Electronique & PDICrystals business in India.( South region) Visiting various customers which include all Manufacturing Industries and OEMsintroducing range of products, Provide technical solution to generating Enquires of theproduct assigned. Be In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist Order Management , Sales Order Entry, Sales order Maintenance , Shipment Release Inventory Management , Ensure on time delivery, Process RMA (Customer returns) Follow up for payment. Develop new sample for customers, Maintain good relation with customers. Maintained strong relationships with vendor partners and became the point person forall communication.( Manufacturers : Ohmite USA & Arcol UK) Organized SIMAL INTERNATIONAL stall in ELECTRONICA INDIA – BANGALORE- SEP ‘2018 Attended PARIS AIR SHOW – JUNE’ 2019Product Handled: Resistor, Ceramic Capacitors, Crystals, Crystal filters and Oscillators, Relay,Dielectric Materials, High voltage & RF capacitors, EMI / EMC Filters, Cables, Connectors.Manufacturers: Ohmite USA, Arcol UK, Hi G, AR Electronique, Exxelia Temex ceramicCapacitors, PDI Crystals, Morgan Capacitors, RFI Filters, Carlisle Interconnect.Project Handled: Currently working with following customers ,INDUCTOTHERM, MEDHA SERVO,SCHILLER ,BHEL – BLR, SASMOS, AVALON,MEL SYSTEMS,RESITECH Design wins in MEDHS SERVO DRIVES – HYD, BOSCH – COIMBATORE, Honeywell -BLR & L & T - Mumbai VEM – HYD, L&T -Mysore for Ohmite Arcol Items.
