• Review Payables/ and Advances to employees and sub-contractors/vendors and clearing in Tally. • Review Receivables and Collections from customers on a particular interva l • Monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds• Must possess good knowledge of the manufacturing industry• Understanding of market and product• Collect, analyze and summarize account information/ Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.• Regularly provide report to the management on Accounting Trends, Rules & regulations, Head Count and escalated issues• Experienced and well versed with accounts, Audit, GST, Income Tax. Legal matters etc.• Implementing systems, procedures & manuals for maintenance of statutory books of accounts &financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.• Monthly Vendors Reconciliation Report.• Monthly Cash utilization statement for Site and sending the same to Head Office.

*Responsible for execution of Sales commitments in terms of integrations, innovations, Astons, menu pages, stings, etc.*Ideation for brands who are potential advertisers; ideation for briefs sent by Sales*To innovate on new formats to aid sales revenue*Drive innovation and disruptive thinking for the brand*Support sales for better monetization*Conceptualization and execution of certain formats (for example: presentation/channel Avs/ show promo clips/ monthly FPC newsletter etc.) that would help Sales team understand the forthcoming monetizing opportunities for both the channels.*Responsible for improving coordination and response time between Sales and programming in issues related to brand solutions.
