During my stint i trained under the different verticals of the organization including, Products, Finance and Chairman's Office. After the initial training programme, I got placed with Chairman's Office and continued working there for 4 years. Later on, I moved to Corporate Strategy and Planning team of the organization, which is into closely monitoring and keeping in line the company's overall strategic and corporate objectives.For the next 1 year I worked as the Executive assistant to the Executive Director, Mr. Thomas Muthoo, of Muthoot Fincorp Ltd.Later the decision was made to move to a different industry, FMCG. Currently employed as Manager Corporate Strategy and Planning at MD's office. Also, delivering the role as an EA to the MD/CEO at Intergrow Brands Pvt Ltd.
