I was responsible for driving Digital for Utilities across multiple geographies. Involved in hosting multiple CXO level Client delegations & presenting the innovation offerings/digital solutions. Involved in developing contextualized point of views on how Digital could be practically leveraged by Clients. Involved in development of multiple digital experiments that are domain specific that served as a great differentiator and positioned the firm as a thought leader.

In my last role at KPMG where I spent a little over 2 years, I worked for Head of Markets & was involved in putting together the new strategy for Markets program & starting up the new approach & initiatives/projects. I also led the Program group of Markets function and led a number of initiatives drawn up as part of the charter.Prior to this, I worked for the Chief Operating Officer of consulting business, and programme managed a number of firm wide initiatives aimed at increased client penetration, bottom line improvement and talent engagement (setting up low cost delivery centre, KM pilots, cross functional solutions etc). Led large ideation exercises across the consulting group to generate innovative "go to market solution ideas". Was involved in the win and start up of a strategic client engagement in the area of business transformation. I also led a number of training sessions for resources in the areas of programme management & cross-culture working. I also led some of the firm's external visibility initiatives like partnering with a prestigious media group for leadership awards etc.

13+ years at Wipro technologies primarily working in the international markets (11 years in Utilities domain); 8 years of international working experience (UK and USA) on large transformational Utility Programmes, in senior leadership roles; Experience in regulated and de-regulated international Utility markets; Experience in Electric and Gas Utilities

Successfully delivered a large business transformation programme (75+ Million USD) that involved working with external partners and multi-functional/multi-geography teams (first of its kind for Wipro Utiltiies business in that geography); part of the steering committee & led the overall engagement from Wipro. Managed the overall programme with teams cutting across Client, Wipro and vendor organizations.

Delivery responsibility for a major workstream involving thrid party partner in a 100 million + GBP business transformation programme. Subsequently handled the overall delivery responsibility for the largest upgrade post implementation (3 million GBP); part of the project board.
