34 years experience, 6 years in the corporate including software design and development in a multinational. 28 years of teaching experience which includes corporate training. Conducted leadership workshops, mentored startups and taught entrepreneurship, handled soft skill training, lectured in programming languages like Java, C++, C, Python, etc, and taught general management and operations and systems management papers in MBA, MCA, BCA, BBA, M. Sc. (Info Sc) and B. Tech courses. Have written 2 books on Materials Management and co-authored a book on Data Analytics.Certified soft skill instructor(Gold Medalist), Corporate Trainer, and Public speaker. Currently working as the Academic Coordinator in the MBA department and member of the Institution's Innovation Council. Also assigned the responsibility of Convener of the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and the Internal Complaint Committee of the college. Am working as the coordinator of NISP at the institute. Associated with Wadhwani Global University as a Global Jury member and Operational Research Society of India, Durgapur Chapter as Vice President and Senior member.
