Set functional timeline to meet the overall project timeline and manage deliverables to the schedule.Review questionnaires and ask for clarification from a client in order to program the survey in the firm.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the survey is tested for survey flow, programming logic and quota capture, review survey links for quality and accuracy to obtain client approval. Ensure quality checks are setup in the survey for both the qualitative & quantitative research.Continually monitors project progress, troubleshooting issue and identification and implementing realistic and cost-effective solution.Maintain and uploads projects documents file builds and maintains strong relationships with the client, colleague and cross functional peers during the entire project process. Reports regularly to the client on their deliverable in order to ensure meet the timeline of the study. Show less
