• To maintain/assure daily, weekly, monthly check list & preventive, autonomous, corrective maintenance to be done and record keeping the same for various section such as Boiler, ETP, Water Softener plant, DG, Air Compressors & Various Machineries and Equipment’s Used in Noodle Production .• To maintain Plant Breakdown within benchmark limit.• Minimize various losses in production, spare parts and utility.• To assure Zero breakdown, zero accident and proper utilization of 3M (Man, Machine & materials).• To develop maintenance/Utility section related SOP.• Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports Engineering/Utility) and make plans and execute same for bringing any deviating parameter within benchmark limit.• To Assure FTR (first time right) to minimize rework due to M/C failure.• To co-ordinate with others dept. for smooth production and best quality products.• To support HOD for the smooth functioning of the dept. and maintain Discipline.• To help and assist in all GME, 5S activities & record keeping of the same.• To assure manpower availability in each shift.• Minimization in manpower OT.

Job role Includes.• Reviewing and Preparing plans and specifications.• Preparing weekly look ahead for various task and required Manpower, Material and Machines.• Preparing As-Built Drawing as per site condition and designing new one if required.• Preparing Technical Clarification for modified design of various Pipelines & various Structures.• Requesting Project material as per MTO and confirming the same.• Responsible for completing assigned project and perform MCC on time.• Responsible to pre plan various NDT testing i.e. RT, PT & PMI during welding phase on site.• Responsible for onsite fabrication, installation and erection of Pipeline & structures per drawings.• Witnessed cold cutting, Thrust Boring, Pipe Stringing & Lowering.• Following International codes ASME, ASTM, API, and Saudi Aramco engineering standards & Procedures during fabrication, erection and installation.• Well known about P&ID, PFD, Isometric and all relevant Piping equipment data sheet and SIS sheet, Pipeline Alignment Sheets, Hydro test Diagram and their Calculations. • Responsible to assign responsibilities and mentor onsite construction team.• Ensure satisfactory identification and verification of materials, proper protection of piping and fittings.• Planning, Execution, control and supervision of all hydro test related activities.• Responsible for testing & installation of pipelines, valves, and other piping items.• Responsible for planning and execution of pipeline internal cleaning, Gauging, flushing, hydro- testing, Leak testing, Dewatering, Swabbing & Drying and layup.• Preparing daily breakdown report of all Equipment such as Excavator, Dozer, Graders, Compactors.• Responsible for requesting new hand, power tools and leading a team to repair the damaged one.• Leading a team for testing, repairing and installation of valves and other piping items.• Maintaining a maintenance track for Hydro-Test Equipment.

Job role:- • Weekly verification of Maintenance Chart for Lubrication and Damaged Spare part change.• Organizing routine servicing schedules.• Leading Maintenance team when there is problem in Rolling Mill, Copper up caster Machine and shearing M/C used for Brass and Copper Production and processing.• Verification for the thickness of Brass Strip produced.• Maintenance of Blast and Holding Furnace.• Verification of proper cooling system used for Die casting used while Brass Extrusion.• Weekly repair and Maintenance of Centrifugal pumps used in cooling system for Dia.• Coordinating with Electrical team for proper operation of DG.• Allocating work to a team of fitters.• Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.• Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.• Keeping production managers informed of progress.• Organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available• Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts for Furnaces, Rolling Mills etc• Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
