My main responsibility is product development and increase the efficiency of plant and reduce the palm oil consumption of plant. I reduce oil consumption from 23% to 18%. I developed baked noodles in new plant. It oil percentage is 5 to 7%. Its taste is similar to instant fried noodles.

I worked in as a DGM Product development and R&D Instant noodles and Snacks. We are manufacturing instant noodles brand name Mr. Noodles and exporter in Europe, USA, Gulf countries. I am responsible for new product and seasoning development for noodles and snacks and I am responsible for productivity development and overall efficiency of noodles plant

I was working as General Manager in this company. We are manufacturer of Maggi Instant noodles for Nestle India Ltd. Third party manufacturing unit of Nestle India Ltd. from July 2020. We are certified ISO 9000 and HACCP 22000 in 2020. My main responsibility supervision of unit operation timely delivery of FG to Nestle warehouse as per Nestle guidelines and timely reporting of MIS and other information to Nestle. We are Manufacturer of Instant noodles with brand name Netime and Taii Paaii and TIP TOP.We produced Patanjali Atta noodles from 2014 to 2017 as co manufacturerI commissioned noodles line (Da Sanjiang Co Ltd and production started. Here I was design and developed the product of the instant noodles brand TIP TOP, TAAI PAAII and Netime . TAI PAI & Netime is doing very well in north east market and made cost effective formulation. I recruited and trained all the manpower for production, quality, store and commercial system. I am over all responsible for noodles plant production, improving productivity, coordination with sales and marketing team, quality control, maintenance, HR, coordination with governmental department, commercial control and RM/PM planning. Plan for all new product re lunch as per market demand and customer need & check margin after valuation of each new product Finalisation of product change protocol and all raw material and packaging material specification as per our requirement. Develop new cost effective formulation of for noodles and snacks. Here I also commissioned Atta Plant and Ready to eat plant and operating smoothly with high productivity. CG Foods, Feb 09,IGC, Chhaygoan, Guwahati. I was worked as Deputy General Manager and completed green field project producing Noodles (Brand Wai Wai), TV (franchisees of Videocon) and GI sheet plant in AIIDC, Chhaygoan Guwahati Assam India. Both TV plant and noodles plant commissioned and started production under my supervision. I am coordinating all civil works, machineries purchase, Installation and commissioning of machine (Guangzhou Broadyea Machinery Manufacturer CO., LTD) and responsible for total project completion. I recruited and trained the all manpower for production, quality, store and commercial system and follow and coordinating for documentation obtained from Government authorities. Production started on October and my responsibility was production planning, quality control, maintenance, HR, commercial control, RM/PM Planning, Yearly budget for factory operation and productivity improvement.I was over all responsible for noodles plant operation.CG Foods India Pvt. This manufacturing unit is producing Noodles (Wai Wai),CG Food Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Kathmadu, Nepal. May 2006 / May2007Deputy General Manager (Unit head) I was overall responsible for manufacturing unit (FUDCO), Proper coordination between manufacturing & sales control and operating plant as per ISO & HACCP guide line. This manufacturing unit producing Noodles ( Wai Wai), Chees balls & Fruit juice ( RIO) in tetra pack.

Safety and Innovation officer (AIO) – January 2005 to May 2006 I implemented the OHS Framework standard and Dupond safety model in Unilever Nepal Ltd. I was reposible for upgrade the OHS Plan & emergency Plan inside and outside of the factory & conduct mock drill & safety audit in Unilever Nepal Ltd every quarter.Plan for all new product re-launch & check margin after valuation of each new product & finalization of product change protocol and all raw material and packaging material specification as per our requirement. Develop new cost effective formulation of skin care, oral care, hare care, toilet soap, detergent and other formulation. Production officer (AIO) - December 2002 to January 2005 I managed Oral care, Skin care, Hair care & Soap plant in general shift & controlling all three shift operations, maintenance, safety and quality control. I was implementing the production plan and coordinating with the sales team. I was controlling the inventory of RM and PM of each product and controlling technical efficiency against zero wastage. I was controlling & monitoring all manufacturing of each product batch & improving productivity, quality & safety of each product. Third Party officer - July 2000 to December 2002. I was a representative of our company National Soap Pvt. Ltd. & Uma chemical producing Laundry Soap, Detergent Powder, and Detergent bar. Shift Officer - January 1998 to July 2000. My main responsibility was managing Soap & PP Plant in shifts and controlling online packing quality, safety & productivity of Oral care, Skin care, Hair care & Soap Plant including batch manufacturing of each product. Quality Control Officer - June 1995 to January 1998. My main responsibility was managing the factory laboratory & quality assurance department. I was analyzing the raw material, packing material & finished product of Tooth paste, Soap & Detergent and Effluent plant water sample.
