Experienced Senior Member in an End-to-End Automation team with a strong background in virtualization and cloud monitoring domain. In my current role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering API and UI automation frameworks for VMware Aria Hub, a cloud management and monitoring product. The API framework is based on Java and utilizes GraphQL API, incorporating Netflix-based DGS client for automating customer scenarios. The UI automation framework is written in TypeScript using page object model and Cypress.Responsibilities:• As a test lead, my responsibilities include overseeing and leading the end-to-end delivery of Aria Guardrails, encompassing strategic test planning, accurate estimation, thoughtful design, robust automation framework development, and timely delivery.• Leading the test strategy, test plan, estimation, design, testing, automation, and delivery of services for Guardrails in Aria Hub.• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and delivery of both SaaS and on-premises products.• Collaborating with product management and customers to understand use cases and objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction.• Actively involved in recruitment and mentoring of new engineers and college graduates.• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologies like Docker.• Extensive experience with cloud management products such as vRealize Automation, vRealize Operations Manager, and VMware SaaS.• Strong understanding of private and public cloud technologies, including vSphere, VMC, and AWS.• Well-versed in working with distributed teams across India, Europe, and the US. My technical skills, combined with my ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams has helped me in driving success to cloud management and monitoring products.
