Previously the deployment of intranet applications was a cumbersome manual process and new process was widely recommended & adopted by other teams. Research related to processing high resolution images (cancer images) to identify cancer cells using CUDA parallel programming. The study presents a framework in which processing of whole section images of biopsy tissues (virtual slide images) of a cancer tissue are successfully adapted into GPU based algorithms. The study proposes a platform on which this analysis is done by graphical processing units in relatively much shorter time. This study helps the pathologists to measure the micro-vessel density in digitized images of cancer tissues.
