Responsible to manage POR/Pipeline for WW PS Category Commercial/Consumer business. Drive projects which facilitate day to day needs of the business strategy.

Key responsibilities to handle supply chain projects in Commercial/Consumer business and Commercial/Consumer business tools & dashboard for top management, product information & pricing management, inventory tracker & pipeline management.

Developing solutions to the business problems, analyzing the data & coming up with new strategies. Planning and monitoring the business by project level. Requirement analysis & benefit analysis. Revenue leakage analysis by project level.

•In terms of financial performance, I have to forecast the support revenue against the budget for the fiscal year.•In Customer Excellence, I have to develop, strengthen relationship with Sales Managers across worldwide to identify opportunities & increase effectiveness in Autonomy business.•As an Operational point of view, my responsibility is to prepare the quality reports, forecasting the support renewal, quota setting for the sales reps & sales compensation.•Analysis on Budget vs Actual/Forecast vs Pipeline/Renewal Rate.•Worldwide Autonomy Revenue Projection for the fiscal year.•Pipeline preparation for worldwide based on the available to renew (ATR) report & also I have to map the information with the budget to see how much the sales have achieved for the fiscal year. •Bifurcating the revenue as ABCD, (Secured revenue, support revenue, License/New business revenue & other revenue) for each month. •Identifying the month on month actuals for worldwide Autonomy business.

•To create / Maintain a database of services rendered by HP to clients•Update Account Business management team to renew expiring contracts•Provide accurate contract related data’s to Management•Working with cross functional teams for renewal of services•Understanding the business requirements and updating sales team•Identifying the dependable, critical areas which require special attention and highlighting those points to legal team•Following up the sales team to finalize these contracts•Building pipeline & forecast analysis.
