Growing up, I was very close to my grandmother & one of the values that she instilled in me was to always maintain good relationships with people; whether it was my family, friends, teachers or peers. Since then, building connections & figuring out what makes someone tick has always mattered to me. I guess that's one of the primary skills that has helped me today in my career as a Customer Success Professional. But as much as I'm a people person, I also enjoy working with numbers & data. I reckon that's why I managed to score a 100% on my Statistics paper in the 12th grade. Looking back, as small as an achievement that may be in the grand scheme of things, it turns out that it's actually one of the things I'm most proud about. I'm an enthusiastic, hard working and committed individual with over 7 years of experience across Customer Success and Key account Management roles predominantly in the Fintech Industry. I also have 18 months of experience in business process and regulatory reviews, anti-money laundering projects and financial fraud investigations across the banking, retail, and media domains.
