Consulted several small businesses in and around Southern California.• Successfully prepared two years of financial statements for Notch Novelty Corp. and recovered $90K in factored accounts receivable, which was in dispute.• Part of an acquisition integration process of a $400 Million Health Care Company, AccentCare. Consolidated financial statements and budgets of AccentCare’s recently acquired entity. • Prepared a detailed five year financial projection for Wireless Telematics, LLC, a client, based on a modified business model, as well as an executive summary – presented to several investors.

Worked alongside the management team to develop watercraft business, including accounting, finance, and marketing.• Assisted Medina International Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: MIHI) with the preparation of SEC reports (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, etc.). Successfully obtained SEC clearance on Company’s periodic reports.• Aided the Company with the audit preparation of the acquisition company, with a purchase price of $1.7 Million.• Prepared SEC Form SB-2 (Registration Statement) for the Company and was responsible for revisions and amendments. • Successfully raised capital in exchange for company’s common stock.• Efficiently designed and implemented Medina International Holdings, Inc. and subsidiary websites. Utilized the websites to market products economically in the United States and abroad, receiving over 300 requests for quotes and $150K in Company’s initial watercraft sales.
