The long experience covers Crop and animal Husbandry, Sustainability, Research and Development, technology transfer, Value chain innovation, Labour management, Strategic planning and management areas of Business planning, monitoring, reviews, evaluations, and strategic alliance with partners of Business. Heading the Cane functions of RSCL group, covering Operations, Cane Extension and R&D teams in south India. Post superannuation, serving as “Adviser” Rajshree sugars and Chemicals Ltd., Chennai.
