Literature study of various Railway Signalling systems including ERTMS, PTC, CBTC2. Development of algorithms to implement various functional blocks including Moving Block systems, Eurobalise readers, Odometry systems, Radio Block Centre and calculation of Movement Authority etc.3. Model and simulate the functional blocks in Matlab Simulink using built-in logic blocks as well as user defined blocks.
