CurrentCodec is leader in providing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across numerous clients in Ireland and United Kingdom for both Public and Private sector. As a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Practice lead my role is majorly focused on practice building that includes - Resource Management, Goal Setting, Performance Management, Leadership, Guidance, Coaching, Team Building, Best Practices, Skill Management, Utilisation, etc.I am closely working with Talent and HR team on Interview process to hire brilliant minds that can support the growth of Codec.Part of my role also cater in Pre-Sales activities where I need to work closely with Sales, Operations, Senior Leadership, Bid Team, and Customer to prepare and deliver optimum Response in terms of Architecture, Resource and Delivery Planning, Delivery Cost, License Cost, Documentation, Presentation, Solution Walkthrough, Q&A, etc. I do work closely with Resource Management team to manage the resource requirements, availability, and demand forecast.Solution Architecture and Project Delivery are also part of my role, where I am responsible for Project Architecture, Planning, Customer Workshops, etc. Customer First is our objective and my prime focus is to gain the level of trust and comfort when it comes to building Customer Relationship. Additionally, I am responsible for escalation management, Risk Management, Change Control, Design Review Board, Project Delivery, etc.Codec is growing rapidly, and I am delighted to be an active contributor to the growth.
