Some of the projects and responsibilities I have or had in this role;- Create and facilitate training on the new SA5 bikes, facilitating this training company wide and to VANMOOF's certified workshops in the Netherlands. - Creating the global structure for conducting "Trials/interviews" and onboarding.Setting up a standardized and globally usable trial and onboarding structure for the "bike doctor" department and rolling this out on a global scale. - Hiring, training, and onboarding of new so-called "bike doctors" in Amsterdam during late 2021 and 2022.- Hiring and training of our German "bike doctors" during our Germany expansion in 2021. Coming back on the regular to different locations to facilitate training, show new procedures, and occasionally hire and train new employees. - Being part of the "Launch team";This team is focusing on special projects within VANMOOF, a team that needs to be able to work physically hard, think in a problem-solving mindset, be ready for sudden changes, make operational plans, and in general tackle any problem that gets thrown at them. for example with this team, I played a big part in the Germany expansion in 2021. We build up and opened 10 new 'Service Hubs' over ±3 months, supervising construction and facilitating hiring and training. This was part of VANMOOF's "50 cities" expansion project.

- Working as a mechanic in the repair shop and occasionally help out in the front of house with technical question- Leading the workshop whenever our senior and teamlead mechanics were in a meeting or out of office- Teach and help new starters and other departments about the bikes (CS, Marketing, Retail etc)- Setup and train our SWHS location located in Utrecht, Build up the location from the ground up and train the new team on shipped-in repairs, after this i would change into the trainer position
